Based on this discussion, it appears that the global situation with WHO is currently 'almost' unstoppable. History has taught us that numerous harsh dictatorships emerged in 20th century 'Western civilization,' yet all eventually failed. Ultimately, socialism is unsustainable and prone to collapse. The issue seems to be our inability to intervene swiftly enough before it causes significant harm to individuals. - Luc
