Your problem Derrick is that you just aren't corrupt enough. If you had been more like the Bushs, the Clintons and the Bidens; there would be no problem with you running for mayor. Because you did drugs at one time in your life you are effectively casted out of the picture while the elites just carry on as usual and don't serve any time for their crimes. Harold Washington was elected and served as Mayor of Chicago despite having served time in jail. His crime was also nonviolent. https://www.britannica.com/biography/Harold-Washington

Houston is a tough place. A friend of ours who lived there got deported a couple of years ago due to crimes from the past. He, too, had gotten his life straightened out. He became a follower of Christ and was working with a local ministry. He has a wife and son here, whom he, of course, has not seen since being deported. I (jokingly?) think he should walk back across the border with all of Biden's friends who are coming across.
