When a subscriber signs up for the receipt of information, that forms a contract with the platform to deliver (performance) the content. That contract exists between the platform and the signatory (subscriber), and is independent consent and acceptance. Any party that is not party to said agreement has no standing in the agreement. And as such interference with the agreement between the consenting party's is unlawfully denying the benefit of the contract to the consenting recipient in an agreement to which they are not a party.
