Journalist Derrick Broze interviews Dr. Bruce Lanphear about his testimony in the #FluorideLawsuit. Derrick also asks Dr. Lanphear about work on pesticides in Canada. Dr. Lanphear is a professor of health sciences at SFU, a public health physician &pediatric epidemiologist that specializes in environmental exposures including lead & other toxic chemicals. Dr. Lanphear has an M.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and an M.P.H. from the Tulane School of Public Health.
Dr Lanphear is doing great work and seems to have the backbone to stand up for what he believes is right. It's great that scientists like this are finally alerting people to the link between fluoride and hypothyroidism, which "maverick" holistic scientists like Dr David Brownstein have been warning of for years. Luckily I read Dr Brownstein's work years ago and my thyroid is back in balance now. But another example of why so many people have stopped "following the science". Having said that, I am immensely grateful for scientists like Dr Lanphear and journalists like Derrick Broze for sticking their necks out in important cases like this. In Scotland where I live we don't have water fluoridization, but the NHS is trying to bring it in. Yes, the National Health Service. The irony.
